Our cleaning process is simple. We utilize the patented vortex industrial grade cleaning truckmount in conjunction with a ph balanced pre-treat and fiber rinse technique. The results are amazing, and the textile is left residue free, soft, and dry.

The first step of a carpet cleaning/restoration is inspection. We will be looking for soil type and how heavy is the build up, pet stain issues, dye lot stains that could be red or yellow, gum, rust, delamination, wax, burns, and missing fibers. After these areas have been addressed, the next step is cleaning.

Each cleaning is custom, and tailored to the conditions at the cleaning location. All locations will be properly pre-treated, cleaned using the vortex, and depending on soil level, hand or power cleaned using a variety of attachments to the vortex, ph balanced, citrus deodorized, and post grooming of carpet is standard. At that time we can apply a protector of your choice, if requested.

Average dry time is 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on fiber type and soil content. All carpets can be hand dried for a nominal fee, and will be completely dry before we leave.
